Strings Attached

I painted the image that comes to mind which are marionette strings attached to our hearts when I think of the hadith by the Prophet ﷺ “Verily, the hearts of the children of Adam, all of them, are between the two fingers of the Merciful as one heart. He directs them wherever He wills.“ - Sahih Muslim.
