Masjid Al Nabawi carpet

After being blessed with an invitation from Allah swt for Umrah, I was captivated by the beautiful rugs in Masjid Al Nabawi and knew I had to paint it. I painted the edges of the canvas to give the effect of the painting being framed in a wooden floating frame.
