The arabic phrase translates to "Gathering of loved ones" which is the name of this piece. I was feeling quite nostalgic recently...reminiscing over Ramadans spent in The UAE when I was younger.

After a long day of fasting, we would all gather in one place and enjoy coffee and dates with our beloveds. I guess covid deprived us of this and maybe thats why I felt the need to paint this piece.
